My 1969 Triumph Spitfire Mk3
Virtual Garage

I'm not sure if this will be a permanent part of the site yet - but I've decided to keep a log of cars I quite fancy owning/building in the future. My own car will have it's own section soon - as it'll deserve a page all to itself.

Triumph 2.5 Mk1 EFI - pretty simple this one, a Mk1 saloon with a 2.5 litre engine. The only real mod from standard would be a beefy supercharger with EFI doing the fueling. Might have a few lightweight panels - carbon fibre bonnet, bootlid and door skins. It would run on TR6 steels - silly wide tyres on the back. Imagine the wail of the 6 pot combined with the supercharger!

Triumph GT6 Mk2 - 2 litre engine moved back 6 inches for weight distribution. Engine would be built like a tank and rev to the high heavens. Fueling via EFI. Dark blue on 4 spoke Revolutions.

Alfa Romeo Giulia 1300 Junior - Not sure on the engine yet - either a highly tuned original or possibly a modern Alfa 4 pot. Otherwise standard.

Jaguar E-type S1 - I've always thought a V12 one of these would be interesting - the purpose is to be a British muscle car. Possibly twin superchargers with EFI. Basically something very very silly. None of this cheap American rubbish for me... then again I'm not sure if I have it in my heart to go ripping up such a lovely car. Maybe do it to an S3.

Triumph 2500 Mk1 - Mk1 Saloon in white, black bonnet, black 15" Minilites with a polished rim. 14" leather rimmed Motolita steering wheel with PAS. 2.5 engine. Instrument cluster like the rally cars - rev counter in pod to the left of main dash.
